Dharath Hoonchamlong has always involve himself and work with all things food related. He has a MA in Food Studies at New York University and focuses on exploring food system, food culture, and environment.
He previously was an environmental manager at Bo.lan and a program manager of Bo.lan Educational Program.
Also a co-founder of wasteland which is known as Thailand’s first sustainable bar.
Dharath is currently based on Yao Noi island, Phang-nga as sustainability director at Six Senses Yao Noi. He also works in various areas from waste management, experimental projects with farmers/communities, product development, connectors of people to solve food issues, to marketing and communication for F&B businesses.
